Monthly subscription

You will be automatically re-charged every 30 days until you cancel.

1. Any monies already received can not be refunded but if you do decide to insist then there will be an admin charge of £25 taken off the amount to be refunded.
2. We have added this charge because you would have already used the product and our bandwidth.
3. You have full use of PR Ratings for the duration that you paid for after that if you decide not to renew your subscription then you will no longer be able to use PR Ratings V3 or access your saves..
4. You have full use of PR Ratings for the duration that you paid for this includes updates to the V3 interface and new features and the daily data.
5. There maybe additional charges from time to time on "Non Standard" features or add-ons that are not part of the original PR Ratings V3. (These will be offered as an extension to the normal PR Ratings and will not effect normal everyday use of PR Ratings V3)
6. if you decide not to renew your subscription then all "saves" and use of PR Ratings will be terminated.
7. All data contained within and create by PR Ratings is considered copyright and sharing of this data especially with regard to "Ratings", "Special Sorts" and filters not normally available on race cards is forbidden without full written permission.
8. Sharing or selling your links with/to 3rd parties, given your login access to 3rd parties or allowing 3rd parties to circumnavigate our systems will results in closure of your account and could lead to prosecution.
9. Sharing saves and information with other PR Ratings users is fine and we have even added a function where you can share your saves automatically with other users.
10. You do not in anyway have exclusivity over any system you create with PR Ratings. You can not copyright or create an "IP" over how you used PR Ratings to find the selections.
11. As a member you understand that even if you don[A]t "share" a system with other members they could still create a similar or identical system resulting in the same selections and results.
